Other Work

In parallel to all of my music based work, I have also spent many years in the On-Licensed Trade, working my way up in bars and restaurants from barman and waiter all the way to management level.

I have extensive knowledge of all areas of the industry, from cellar work and stock control through to front of house duties and customer service. I have a good knowledge of brand management and product selection, and choosing and designing cocktail, shooter and drinks menu’s.

I am also experienced in designing and implementing PR and marketing campaigns and special events, and organising staff and resources to implement them.
